These are some of my tips on how to get amazing results to achieve your fitness goals.


❗ Get A Personalised Plan


You need to follow a plan you can trust and you know is designed for you and your needs.


Having trust means you can invest all the time and energy you have available into taking action, rather than guessing if it's going to work for you.


Doubt will kill your progress more than anything else!


❗ What Gets Measured, Gets Managed


If you are guessing everything, you won't know if you are making progress or not. This can lead to feelings of doubt and being lost.


Measure as much as you can, this includes gym performance, calorie & protein intake, weight, steps and pictures of your body.


You will be able to see tangible progress and know when something needs to be changed.


❗ Accountability Helps You Stay Consistent


Having someone to hold you accountable can be a powerful motivator. When you know that someone is counting on you to follow through with your goals, you're more likely to stay committed and motivated.


When you have someone checking in on your progress and providing feedback, you're more likely to stay consistent with your efforts. This can be especially helpful if you're prone to falling off the wagon or getting sidetracked.


❗ Accept That The Long Way Is The Fastest Way.


People waste years of their life looking for short cuts and quick fixes, always returning back to the same position they started in.


You need to accept this is a long process (which takes months or even years) and does require a good amount of hard work done consistently. There is no way around this.


I know you probably don't want to hear this but...


Anyone who says otherwise is probably just trying to sell you some kind of gimmick.
