When it comes to New Years resolutions, most people are excited and motivated to take on some big challenges regarding their health & fitness. That could be losing some weight, becoming more active or trying to become a healthier version of themselves.


But unfortunately by February almost 80% of people will have given up on their New Years resolution goals.


They will go back to their old habits and give up on the idea of becoming the fitter and healthier version of themself.


It doesn't have to be this way!
