How Does Online Coaching Work?

You will kick off the process with a phone consultation with your coach to discuss goals and agree a plan that works for you.

After your consultation you will receive a customised training and nutrition plan from your coach according to your training facilities, preferences and physique goals.

 

You will record your training in our fitness app, where your coach will be able to monitor your training and progress. You will also be asked to fill in a weekly check in form, where your body measurements,  pictures of your body and your feedback are submitted. 

Your coach will be  there to support, advise and celebrate your journey with you. You are also encouraged to send regular training videos to analyse your training technique. This will ensure that you  are safe and training effectively to achieve results.

 

Your coach will use your training data, training videos and weekly review form to give you a customised weekly check in video. In this video your coach will review your progress, hold you accountable, advise actions for the following week and update your training plan when needed.

Every 6-12 weeks, your coach will write you a completely new program. This will  keep training feeling fresh, keep motivation levels high and will ensure your body keeps progressing at the fastest rate possible.
